Dave Sudol

Executive Chef David Sudol began his culinary career as a prep cook at Max Amore while attending Connecticut Culinary Institute.  After graduation David was given the opportunity to work on the line where he was eager to learn all aspects of the kitchen.  He was given the opportunity to move to Max’s Oyster Bar as a Sous Chef where he honed his skills there for over eight years.

Managing Partner
Doug Kelly

Doug’s extensive experience working in various positions made him an obvious choice to be our managing partner at Max Burger. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America Doug began with us as a server at Max Downtown. After Max Downtown he worked as a restaurant manager at Max’s Oyster Bar and as General Manager of Trumbull Kitchen
