For this edition of The Friday Lunch Club, we explore some of the various aspects of Sancerre, through multiple expressions of what the chalky hills can produce. We pair selections from Henri Bourgeois along with the cuisine of Chef Robert Peterson for this engaging mid-summer event.<\/p>\n
