General Manager - Max Burger (Longmeadow)
Tim Taillefer was born in Holyoke, MA, raised in W. Springfield, and then as a teenager, he moved to Suffield and attended Suffield High School. While in high school, he got his first taste of the restaurant business at Captain Rivi's Hamburger's at Six Flags New England. Soon after he graduated, he was hired as the Kitchen Manager for Boston Billiard Club, eventually moving to the great city of Boston after that.
Mr. Taillefer then spent the next 6 years at Legal Seafood in Boston where he worked numerous jobs, including server, bartender, and team captain. He then had the opportunity to work at Sunset Bar and Grill, where he honed a lot of his beer knowledge. Returning to the town where he was born--and where he still lives today--he worked with the famed local restaurateur George Page as Beverage and Dining Room Manager at Delaney House in Holyoke.
Tim started with the Max Restaurant Group at Max's Tavern in Springfield, MA back in 2006 and worked as a manager there until he accepted the offer to become General Manager of Max Burger in Longmeadow, MA. He loves working for the Max Restaurant Group and "is thrilled to be a part of this team forever".
He is happily married to his wife Laureen and is the proud father of two great boys, TJ and Dylan.
