Doug’s extensive experience working in various positions made him an obvious choice to be our managing partner at Max Burger. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America Doug began with us as a server at Max Downtown. After Max Downtown he worked as a restaurant manager at Max’s Oyster Bar and as General Manager of Trumbull Kitchen

Tim Taillefer

Tim Taillefer was born in Holyoke, MA, raised in W. Springfield, and then as a teenager, he moved to Suffield and attended Suffield High School. While in high school, he got his first taste of the restaurant business at Captain Rivi's Hamburger's at Six Flags New England. Soon after he graduated, he was hired as the Kitchen Manager for Boston Billiard Club, eventually moving to the great city of Boston after that.  More... > > >
