Managing Partner - Max Burger (West Hartford)

Doug’s extensive experience working in various positions made him an obvious choice to be our managing partner at Max Burger.  After a stint with Todd English at Olives in Boston and then graduating from the Culinary Institute of America Doug began with us as a server at Max Downtown.  After Max Downtown he worked as a restaurant manager at Max’s Oyster Bar and as General Manager of Trumbull Kitchen.  In addition to his Max experience in the Hartford Area Doug is also familiar to many from his time as the general manager of Black-eyed Sally’s in Hartford.
