Anyone who has ever eaten at Max's Oyster Bar or at one of our celebrated Max's Chef to Farm Dinners has had the pleasure of experiencing the cuisine of Chef Scott Miller. Did you also know that he makes a mean cocktail?

Well, he's just won the 1st Annual Coventry Regional Farmer's Market's "Farm to Shaker CT Bartender Challenge", with his "Miller's Muddle Maple Moonshine" cocktail!

Utilizing CT's own ONYX Moonshine and RIPE All-Natural Cocktail Mixers, Chef Miller blew away the competition!

Here is his award-winning recipe:

1oz. local blueberries

1/2 lemon, squeezed

1.5 oz. ONYX Moonshine

1/2 oz. RIPE Agave Lemon Sour mix

1/2 oz. Club Soda

Directions: Muddle blueberries with maple syrup and fresh squeezed lemon juice in a pint glass. Add ONYX Moonshine and RIPE Agave Lemon Sour mix. Add ice cubes and shake well. Pour into a Mason Jar glass, splash with club soda. Garnish with 4 blueberries on a pick and a lemon wedge.
