Max's Oyster Bar Executive Chef Scott Miller named "Chef of the Year"

Scott Miller, Executive Chef of Max's Oyster Bar, was named the 2011 Chef of the Year by the CT Restaurant Association. Miller beat out 100 other nominees to win this inaugural award.

“I was completely shocked and pleasantly surprised when my name was called”, said Miller. “The two other chef finalists are great at their trade and I was content just being nominated with these great craftsman. Max Restaurant Group has been very supportive since the day I started in 2005 at the ‘Oyster Bar’. I am honored to have won this award.”
