Your Event

We will arrive at your location approximately 60 minutes prior to serving your guests.  All pizzas are cooked in our stunning copper clad Le Panyol mobile pizza oven.

All rates are based on travel within a 30 mile radius of Downtown Hartford.  Travel charges beyond this radius will be assessed on an event by event basis taking into consideration the number of staff required for the event.  Different rates will apply when the oven is used in conjunction with another event catered by Max Catering.  Rates do not include state sales tax or a 20% house fee which will be added on to the invoice.  Additional gratuities for the staff can either be paid directly to them with cash or can be added to the invoice and will be distributed according to your wishes.  Non-refundable payment is due in order to secure the date for your event.  If your event is cancelled due to acts of nature, we will gladly credit you for a future event in the same season.

Locally Foraged Mushrooms – Roasted garlic, panna, fiore di latte, caramelized  onion fresh sage

Price includes the oven, all of the ingredients required for making pizza for your sized group, a Pizzaiolo, server, Caesar and Mixed Green Salad and Gelato.  Savoy will provide a serving table, utensils, disposable plates, napkins and cups and will take all of the remnants from the party us when we leave.

Rates

Our rates are based on a minimum number of 50 guests per event.

We can serve a maximum of 150 guests from our oven

Monday-Thursday (Lunch and Dinner) – $1,200 /50 People

– Each additional Person $24.00

Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Lunch and Dinner) – $1,500/50 People

– Each additional Person $30.00
